Problem Summary

When receiving an incoming fax which triggers a routing rule specifying "do not send transmission report" enabled, the incoming fax report is being processed and ending up in the in/unprocessed folder.

Verify that "Do not send Transmission Report" has been selected then check the ...\FaxMaker\In\unprocessed folder -- you should find files here.
