This article provides information regarding the TIFF format supported by FaxMaker. 

Solution

When sending a TIFF file as a fax attachment, the TIFF file compression must be CCITT(Group3 1d). The properties of the TIFF image must be as follows:

To check the image properties:

1. Right-click the file.
2. Select Properties.
3. Navigate to the Summary tab.
4. Click Advanced.

Note: If the file properties are different, GFI FaxMaker will try to convert the TIFF file and may fail with errors.
